The Naples Daily News headquarter offices, printing and distribution facility is a 186,503 SF state-of-the art printing and distribution facility. This 2-story building consists of 77,563 SF of office space, a 1-story 68,874 SF high bay area which houses the print production area, and a 40,066 storage and mechanical area. Construction also included all 18 acres of site work, utilities, and 2 lakes totaling 89,298 SF. It is a multimedia facility with a multi-media broadcast studio, redundant fiber optic connectivity and a layout and vision for working in a new world.
