Gulfshore Playhouse

This new 50,000 SF building will house a 400-seat mainstage proscenum theatre and 125-seat studio theatre, and an education wing with rehearsal rooms, classrooms, student lounge and performance space. There will also be a production shop, office space, and theatre storage. Features include a 30-foot lobby with floor to ceiling glass windows and multiple levels with care/bar and lounge areas.
