Leading clubhouse builder GATES has recently completed phase two of a major clubhouse expansion and renovation at Quail West Golf and Country Club, one of Southwest Florida’s most exclusive golf clubs, located in Naples. This phase of construction included a new covered terrace, the Cypress Grille Room, and a grab and go café. This phase also included the addition of a bocce ball area with four tournament rated courts. The existing lower level kitchen received a full renovation while the existing upper level dining area was expanded and upgraded.
In the first phase, GATES completed a new two story Fitness Center, Pro Shop, and addition of 4 new tennis courts. Also in phase one, the lower kitchen was expanded with a new two story building with added storage on the second level, and complete renovation of the upper floor kitchen, Gathering Room, and main lobby. Architectural designs for both phases were provided by Humphrey Rosal Architects.
