GATES Construction has been awarded the Aravilla Assisted Living Community located on Old Venice Road in Osprey Florida. Similar to Aravilla Sarasota, Aravilla Osprey will offer innovative senior housing with a community concept, multiple unique dining venues, piano bar, group exercise rooms, art rooms, and classrooms for enrichment learning.
