GATES Construction has been awarded the construction of Suncoast Humane Society’s new facility. Located on San Casa and Worth Drive in Englewood, this new 5 acre campus with nearly 20,000 SF of building space will replace their existing 30 year old location. To better serve the community, the new facility will offer indoor kennels, outdoor shelter, greenspace for exercise, an adoption center, medical facilities, offices, and meeting space. The project is scheduled to start fall of 2019. Design services are being provided by Animal Arts Design Studio.
