GATES Construction, a full service, award winning construction management, general contracting and design build company headquartered in Bonita Springs, Florida, has openings for Superintendents.
Superintendents provide management oversight for all phases of the construction project, including leading subcontractors and coordinating workers, material, and equipment. Must ensure that the plans and specifications are being followed, work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Effectively comply with workplace safety, compliance with Company Safety Policies and OSHA job-site requirements.
• Must be able to pass Background Check, Drug Screen
• Valid State Driver’s License
