MARKETING COORDINATOR BONITA SPRINGS, FL – FULL TIME
GATES Construction, a full service, award winning construction management, general contracting and design build company headquartered in Bonita Springs, Florida, has opening for Marketing Coordinator.
Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3 years marketing experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) Industry. Must have experience in RFP/RFQ proposal writing. Must be well versed in InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office. Experience with a CRM such as Cosential or Deltek a plus.
Key functions include:
- Work closely with the marketing team, principals, project managers, and technical staff to develop deadline-sensitive deliverables such as qualifications packages, presentations, and award submissions
- Collaborate with the marketing team and staff on company branding and marketing collateral development
- Create and update marketing collateral including project profiles, resumes and spreadsheets
- Prepare interview materials (PowerPoint presentations & handouts) and coach technical staff
- Graphic design support
- Update CRM database including tracking and reporting business leads
- Assist in quality review and development of marketing materials
- Assist as needed in posting and updating website and social media content
- Attend professional organizations to develop relationships with other marketing professionals for teaming opportunities
