Venice Country Club Renovation and Addition

The project involves improvements to both the clubhouse and wellness center. Clubhouse improvements include a new bar, covered outdoor dining with retractable screening, fire pit and re-positioned parking. The wellness center expansion will feature enlarged and flexible exercise spaces, new cardio weight room, new restrooms, and two massage therapy rooms.
